Great company to have worked with and reasonably priced.You also know what you are buying before you have then do any work Jesse is a great tech. I would recomend them to anyone.

Jesse offered to take the new unit to his house before installation and run it for a full weekend to burn off the oil. When they installed it in the house, there was zero new unit smell. How's that for super service.

Clean the inside of the unit out side, look at the attic heating unit said it looked good didn't charge me. He didn't have to do anything but he did put some bleach to run threw the lines. Put 2.5 Freon in unit, ad said Freon came with tune up BUT they didn't say how much Freon came with it I had to pay for 1.5 cans of Freon.

Installed a new HVAC system. Mine was 19 years old. They had to replace the inside and outside unit. Also did duct cleaning as an add-on service and installed an attic tent.
It was a long day, but there was a lot of work to do. The techs were polite and completed all work in a quality manner. I knew exactly what to expect because I had met with the marketing/sales manager first.

Replaced defective dual capacitor Kleen Air Service came out as a referral from my Home Maintenance Co. I placed the call at 9am Sat morning and they were able to fit me in with an appointment that afternoon. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that, since the temperature in the house was slowing rising as a result of the outside AC fan not working AND it is summer time in TEXAS!!!! The tech was professional, efficient, answered all my questions and was in and out before I knew it. I called Kleen later with a few other questions and spoke with the owner Russell Pattinson, who was very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this company, especially since there are a lot of "ripoffs" in the industry and hard to feel confident not knowing till its too late. As a note, I did not have to pay for the visit since my Home Maintenance Plan covered all the charges.

He checked the unit and provided an estimate of how much a repair would cost. He did not add coolant. He came. He looked at the unit. He stated that is was in need of repair. He gave a quote for the needed repairs and left. He did not add coolant.

This was truly the best experience I've ever had with any repair service. Charles was the service guy who came and fixed our H&C unit. He assessed the problem immediately and he had our unit repaired in less than 30 minutes! Amazing Service!

Jesse is exceptional. What was so impressive was---he didn't have to do it, but he went that extra mile for us. My mom always wants to hug his neck she just loves him. I would say Jesse treats us like he would treat his own family.

I don't think I have every written a recommendation before. But if you are like me and you don't know who to call? do they know what they are doing? are they going to do the job right? are they trustworthy? is the service price fair? will they stand behind their work? Kleen Air Services has consistently exceeded my expectations in every way.

The service went very well, and we signed up for the annual service plan for $250 (for two units). The cost would have been approx. $99.90 for call out and AC check (this would not have included some of the service items carried out by the service agreement). Happy to have had Kleen Air Services come by and looking forward to an ongoing service relationship with them.

I am fortunate to have forged a relationship with Kleen Air Services since 1998. They provide an honest, friendly and professional service at a reasonable price. Not only do I use them for my personal residence, as a Commercial Property Manager I use them on my smaller office, industrial and retail properties as well. I have had some "special" projects that I could not get other mechanical contractors to attend to for me and Kleen Air came to the rescue. I would highly recommend them!

The provider performed a 20-point air conditioner tune-up, added 2 lbs of refrigerant, and cleared a clogged drain.

I bought a Big Deal for $49.95 for the 20-point A/C tune-up with up to 2 lbs of refrigerant included. I was contacted almost immediately by the company after purchasing the coupon, and scheduled for 8:00 am the following morning. The technician was very prompt, and very courteous and professional. In the process of performing the tune-up, he found that I had a clogged drain, which he cleared for an additional $85.00. He also added 2 lbs of refrigerant, and informed me that my A/C was in good shape. I was very happy with the quality and promptness of service, as well as the price, especially considering that the refrigerant was included. I recommend Kleen Air Services and would use them again.

Remove old HVAC system and install new system.

If your having problems with your heating / air system..call Kleen Air Services. We had called another AC service company to come out and quickly realized they were way over priced and unprofessional. My sister recommended that we call Kleen Air Services. They came out, explained what was necessary to have an efficient operating system at my home, gave us their bid, and installed a new HVAC system the next day. They were here on time, removed the old system, installed the new system, cleaned up, and showed us what was work was done, all in a very courteous and professional manor. Yes...I would recommend Kleen Air Services for your air conditioning and heating needs.
