The service here is terrible. I met with them in September to be the florist for my wedding in April. I was told that I would have a quote within a few days. After not hearing from anyone in a week, I called to find out what the deal was. I left a message, no call back. I called again a month later, spoke with the person I met with, but was told they were too busy with christmas to give me any information and they suggested I call back after the first of the year. I called back 2nd week of January, where I was told that they were too busy with the Dallas market to get anything to me. I was then told how many brides were waiting for calls back, like that was supposed to make me feel better. I was pretty much told they'd call me back when they had time, because they were very busy. It's 2nd week of February, my wedding is in 6 weeks, and still no call back. I guess they don't want my business. That's fine. I found someone else, who didn't put down my ideas during the first meeting, like my experience at lafoofaraw. Terrible.

This store is so cute. It has so much to look at I could stay in there for hours. I can always find the perfect gift or something nice for myself. I love that they sell Tyler candles and a really great line of soaps for my kitchen. I go in at least every couple of weeks to simply see what's new.
