I've been living in this complex for 10 years. I can't recall how many management teams in total, but current property manager Debbie is the best. I had a noisy neighbor 2 years ago, I talked to her about the issue, she tried to solve it by talking to the trouble maker, it was improved but it still bothered me, so I asked to change the room. She is very reasonable person, she was even allow me to change the room before my lease term was up. Then she picked a very nice apartment in building #20, my two sides are connected to nobody, we are facing north which cut my utility bill in half compared to previous one facing west. I'm at 2nd floor where downstairs are garages, she picked neighbors have no complaint records and they have been all great!

Now we're moving out because we bought a house. I know how painful living in apartment, but I'd say picking a right property manager is much more important to anything else. Oh, maintenance got improve dramatically too. Debbie has been trying so hard just like as she lives in this apartment.

This place does not even deserve one star!!! I was in a predicament where I needed to move in immediately due to a divorce and child custody issue and they moved me into an apartment with VERY OLD carpet with extensive damage from previous tenants. I wrote down all of the damage issues on my move-in sheet and reported it to management. They informed me that all they could do is offer me a free carpet cleaning upon lease renewal. I had continuous problems with things in this apartment and had poor maintenance and resolution from the management team. I moved out almost a year ago and this management team has the nerve to send me to collections without any notice over the damaged carpet!!! I have called and called and get no answers for the issue...as usual. The collections company is going to write this off on my credit and I did not even cause the damage! I even went to lenghts to shampoo the carpet every month and right after I moved all of my belongings out. The carpet was in better shape than when I moved in, but there is only so much you can do with carpet that was damaged beyond repair before you move in! DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE! I have rented apartments for many years and have NEVER had an experience like this!!!
