I paid to have an envelope delivered to me overnight. The company contracted with Lone Star Overnight for delivery and the envelope was supposed to be delivered before 7 pm the following day. At 7:15 pm, I called Lone Star Overnight and was told that the envelope was sitting in the warehouse in Plano, had been there all day and that no attempts would be made to deliver it as promised. The person that answered the phone was rude and obnoxious and told me that if I wanted the envelope then I needed to drive to Plano to pick it up because they wouldnt deliver it. I was told there was no supervisor that I could talk to and no attempts would be made to get the envelope that I needed delivered to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH LONE STAR OVERNIGHT. Rating them with one star was a gift.........especially since you cant give less.
