Consistent comfort food. Luby's offers discounted kid's plates which make Luby's a good option if you have children.

When my son picked the order for a thanksgiving meal he just paid them and left not knowing what I had ordered so when I got home from work and realized we were missing some items I called the store and spoke to one of the managers by the name of Michael and told him about what happened. He started arguing with me stating that everyone is suppose to check over their meals they ordered before they leave and he was totally unprofessional and rude. When I tried calling him back after he hung up on me on the first call he would never come to the phone on the second calls. This will be reported to the Better Business Bureau of their poor standards and ethics and how he would not even listen to anything I had to say and he was so rude I have never had such a terrible experience and I will never order another holiday meal from them. In this economy no wonder Luby's has had to close down a lot of their stores.
