We would like to relay our experience with Mike Martin of Mattress HQ. We purchased a mattress at the Home Show in San Antonio on Sept. 18,2015. After we got home we decided to cancel the order. Mr. Martin was not happy but agreed to credit our account. Now almost 2 months later we still have a 5,000.00 balance on a credit card for a mattress we cancelled and never received. Mr. Martin has told us several times he would take care of this matter. We have lost all faith in his word.

I recently went in to acquire a bed and James the sales guy quoted me my monthly payment. I asked for a copy of the agreement, he said I would have to wait for the email because he didn't have it yet. He had me electronically sign what I thought was a receipt for my initial payment and it turned out to be the lease agreement for the bed.... which turned out to be $320+ per month. When I called and told him to cancel the purchase in less than 3 days from its delivery, he refused to cancel. He uses deceptive practices to get people to sign a long term lease agreement and does not disclose the entire truth in his sales. I will file a complaint with the Attorney General's office. When I told him to come pick up his merchandise he refused. This place is a MAJOR SHAM!!!! Be careful everyone!!!!

I had an awful experience at this store! I had the bed a little over a month and the box spring broke. I was given a number for someone and, when I called the gentleman, was told that I was not to have been given his number. I told the salesman at this location that the reason my old bed is getting replaced is because the bed frame didn't run the entire length of the bed and the end of the box spring broke and he said I'll give you a full length bed frame and guess what.....he didn't so the box spring is broken on the new bed. And, I'M expected to drive to the store and pick up a new box spring instead of them bringing one to me....what a bunch of B.S. If I ever have to replace my bed again, I will NOT go to this store again. I should have known when there were no cars in the parking lot that something was wrong. If their owner sees this message, he or she needs to call Scott M.
