Do Not buy from these people. Any location. I called all of their locations today. All have disconnected phone numbers.Below is the letter I sent them which was never answered. I was able earlier to talk to someone on the phone and they told me there was nothing they could do. Here is the letter.Re, Invoice xxxxxxxxx05/24/2017To whom it may concern (a Manager),I purchased the attached on 4/30/2017 from your Murphy store. I was told it was all brand new. Not demo or display.A few weeks later, I got a call that my order was ready delivery. Upon delivery, I noticed the Sealy adjustable base didnt look the same to me. The driver assured me it was the same. It clearly was not the same. I called the Murphy store, no one answering the phone. I called one of your other stores and I was told you had trouble getting the base I ordered so you just substituted with another better base. I explained I didnt want another base, I wanted what I ordered and you had no right to switch it (and tell me it was the same) without first getting my approval.I refused delivery, they took it back. About a week later I called back to get a status on my bed. No answer again at your Murphy location. I called one of your other stores, no answer there either. I called another store and someone answered. I asked if the Murphy location had been closed. I was told it was. Why would you sell beds from that location, close the store, and leave no voice message where to go for help or just forward the calls to one of your other stores? Businesses like yours handle things more professionally, not like this. I was told they would offer me the Tempo-Pedic base in place of the Sealy as they were having trouble getting the Sealy. They confirmed everything was new and never used. I approved this.They delivered my bed, set it up, left me no paperwork, and I signed nothing.When using the bed, it was very clear the two remotes were in very bad condition. They had scratches all over them and had what looked like glue residue from duct tape or similar. There were also pieces of scotch tape on them. Both of the controllers were in very poor, used condition with dead batteries installed. I then took a closer look at the bases and realized these were used also. I called your store and you confirmed the bases and remotes were used floor models. I told them I wanted them replaced. He told me he could not authorize that. I would need to send you this email. I am flaming angry at this point because:1)You tried to do a bait and switch on me with the bases without telling me. Even telling me they were the same when I asked.2)When I called your store, I approved switching the bases if they were brand new.I cant believe a company like yours would operate like this. This is unethical and unacceptable. I want my used bases and remotes replaced with new bases and remotes. I want this done ASAP and I want someone from your company calling me and confirming it.If I do not get a call by Monday 05/29/2017 to resolve this I will:1)Make a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (you already have some activity there).2)Make a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.3)Spend days posting this document and warnings about Mattress HQ on social media sites. I know how and where to do this.4)Consider small claims court as I am a person of principle and I dont like it when anyone defrauds or takes advantage of anyone for any reason.Again, this is urgent and needs immediate action.Ken Hudson

We would like to relay our experience with Mike Martin of Mattress HQ. We purchased a mattress at the Home Show in San Antonio on Sept. 18,2015. After we got home we decided to cancel the order. Mr. Martin was not happy but agreed to credit our account. Now almost 2 months later we still have a 5,000.00 balance on a credit card for a mattress we cancelled and never received. Mr. Martin has told us several times he would take care of this matter. We have lost all faith in his word.

I recently went in to acquire a bed and James the sales guy quoted me my monthly payment. I asked for a copy of the agreement, he said I would have to wait for the email because he didn't have it yet. He had me electronically sign what I thought was a receipt for my initial payment and it turned out to be the lease agreement for the bed.... which turned out to be $320+ per month. When I called and told him to cancel the purchase in less than 3 days from its delivery, he refused to cancel. He uses deceptive practices to get people to sign a long term lease agreement and does not disclose the entire truth in his sales. I will file a complaint with the Attorney General's office. When I told him to come pick up his merchandise he refused. This place is a MAJOR SHAM!!!! Be careful everyone!!!!

We visited the Plano location and the service was great! I have always stayed away from corporate companies like Mattress Firm because if you do not buy right then, or you want to shop around, they have a sales manager that pounces on you like a cat. We have bought 3 beds from Mattress HQ and Our associate was not pushy and actually cared about what we wanted. Great job!

Truly the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a mattress. Don't believe their 90-day satisfaction guarantee. It's been 3 months and I have not seen any resolution or even received a return to my many calls or visits.

We went shopping here just to look around since we are new to Plano and have been sleeping on an inflatable bed for the last few nights (moving truck on the way). We dealt with David who helped up pick the perfect mattress and pillows. The best part is he wasn't pushy, and was knowledgeable about the different mattresses. We bought one by 1pm and it was delivered by 5pm. How awesome is that! Yay for this store, if you need a mattress check them out.

They were very nice when I went to purchase the mattress...was not the case when I went in for them to honor their 150% price guarantee. No where in the store does it say that the price guarantee does not apply to internet. found same mattress on Amazon $220 less at many places and they will not honor their price guarantee

The customer service at this store is awesome! I needed a bed for a son's room and needed it today! I had company coming in and didn't have enough beds for people to sleep on. We went to Mattreshq and tried a few beds, found one and told the store manager we needed it now! we had our delivery less than 2 hrs later and also got a great price!

We made a purchase today and the salesman gave us a 3 hour delivery window. Well its 40 mins. past that time, not only do we NOT have ours beds but we got rid of the old matresses already! So my kid gets to sleep on the couch while we sleep on the floor. We are very unsatisfied! I could have easily gone somewhere else and be sleeping on my mattress by now!!

Their sales receipt says: A protective cover must be purchased on the day of sale and added to the sales receipt. That cover costs about $100 so the cost of the mattress just went up $100. They also have fees totaling about $178 to make an exchange,(plus a 10% restocking fee) and they require you to keep the product for 90 days. They state there are no returns or refunds. Do you really want to do business with this firm?

I went to Sam's Club first looking for a great price on a mattress because they have Serta and I had purchased one previously. I looked up mattress in Plano and it brought up Sleep experts and Mattress Firm. First stop was Mattress Firm and we found one we liked but it was way over budget $1000+ then went to Sleep Experts and found something similar for less but still more than we wanted to pay. Spotted Mattress HQ and decided just to stop by and glad we did. Not pushy didn't try to upsell and made a great deal on a simmons that was hundreds less than both places. If you are in Plano and want a great deal look no further than Mattress HQ
