we had a problem with our mitsubishi DLP TV , we called MS Electronics, they came out the same day, checked the TV out and gave us a very reasonable estimate, we gave them the OK , they took it to their shop, they called us back next day with the good news that the TV was ready they brought it back the same day they called and put the TV back in our entertainment center like it used to be and made sure that everything on the Tv was exactly like I had it before..GOOD JOB MS Electronics , I surely will recommend them to all of my friends and family , and definitely I will call them back if i have any other problems..

I tried to repair my Samsung DLP myself and failed. It sat in my living room until one day I stopped into M.S.Electronics on a Saturday and asked Marwan about it. He came by my house that evening, checked over my work, showed me the problem, took it with him and had it ready the next Monday. He then brought it back to my house that evening. Great service, knowledgeable repair, restores my faith in craftsmen.

Our 4 year old Samsung Flat Screen went out. I researched repair centers and went by previous reviews. They seemed to be very satisifed. We took our television to them and had to wait two hours because no one was at the repair shop (during business hours). The owner said he would call us and let us know what it would cost to fix our set once he looked at it. We received a call and negoiated a fee for fixing it. That was almost two months ago. We never heard back from him, we have called at least 4 times since and each time we get the same run around (they are waiting for a back ordered part), we will call you tomorrow by noon and let you know the status. And again, we never receive a call back. We are calling to schedule a time to pick up our television and have it repaired some where else. We will also be contacting Samsung being they are an authorized repair dealer and the Better Business Bureau.



Our advice to you.... Call Best Buy, Sears, or any other major company for repair.



Just reviewed BBB.org it seems that in the past 36 months there have been 5 complaints logged with the BBB regarding M S Electronics. All were closed due to no response from MS Electronics. Rating by the BBB is an F

MS Electronics repaired my 10 year old Misubishi big screen TV. The owner, Marwan, came within 2 hours of my call, diagnosed the problem and fixed my TV perfectly. He actually had to take my TV to his shop overnight to fix it. The way he handled that big TV by himself, you could tell he has done this a million times. No scratches, perfect care. It works perfectly now and I am extremely happy. Highly recommend him and will use him again!
