Provided by YP.comDr Regan did an unsuccessful root canal on my molar. Total fee was $1980!! When I complained of sensitivity, and after his asst. verified it, he told me to" lower my expectations" and "chew on the other side"! After he said he would do nothing, a mediator from NTDS got him to agree to refund 1/2 his fee. He stalled for weeks before he reneged on the refund payment. The Dallas BBB web-site does NOT approve of North Texas Endodontist Assoc., or Dr Regan.

Provided by YP.comDr Regan did an unsuccessful root canal on my molar. I complained about sensitivity and after his asst. verified this, he told me to "lower my expectation" and "chew on the other side"! When a mediator from North Tx. Dent. Society got him to agree to refund 1/2 his fee, he stalled for weeks, then reneged on the refund. He is very expensive for below average results, cannot be trusted and is NOT recommended.

Provided by YP.comThis office was great, I was in pain and they got me in right away. Dr. Regan and his assistant were so nice and caring, showed me why I needed root canal and answered all my questions. I would definitely go back to him if needed.

Provided by YP.comMy experience at this office was awesome. I was in pain and they quickly got me in for treatment. The office staff was friendly and genuinely concerned about my pain. Once the assistant took me back they took a 3d scan and did some tests and the doctor explained to me what he saw and why I needed the root canal. I appreciated that so much! He got me numb without any pain, and I actually fell asleep during the treatment. This office is top notch! Their professionalism and their cutting edge technology with the 3d scan and microscopes used - impressed me immensely. Well worth the money spent to know I received treatment by the best.

Provided by YP.comOn Sept 21 Dr John Regan did a root canal that took 2 hours, with no complications. His work was average at best, however the bill to me was $1980!! Do not go to him unless you want high fees and unwarranted charges. Afterward, when I tried to complain to him, his office said he does NOT get involved with the business part!!

Provided by YPmobileSo I took my co-worker to her appointment which was supposed to be at 2pm. They had prescribed her halcyon for her extreme dental anxiety so we came at 1:15 for her to start the drug. I had to be there supervising the entire time. Her original appt. was at 2 but she wasn't seen until 4pm. The staff was unsympathetic saying they were "waiting for a room to open up". When she had to go to the bathroom during this incredibly long wait the staff did not even offer to help. They were completely unorganized, unprofessional, and even rude. The receptionist ignored me as she took a phone call for 20 minutes before taking to me when I came up after one hour to ask about the wait. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Provided by YP.comI had a wonderful, kind caring consultation with Dr. Witherspoon. He listened carefully and respectfully. He examined me and my xrays with care and diligence. His assistant was kind and warm. She presented herself as my advocate in the planned treatment. I'd give Dr. Witherspoon five stars, My experience with his associate Dr. Regan was awful. Dr. Regan's assistant placed filthy, sticky sunglasses on me to shield my eyes from the light. I spent the whole procedure 'feeling' germs climbing down my tear ducts. During the procedure Dr. Regan and his assistant talked with one another constantly at high volume and high hilarity. I felt like I wasn't even there for them. I might have been the worst 90 minutes of my life. I cannot give Dr. Regan any stars at all.
