Living in a Pathlight home is a terrible experience. I have not had a fully functional heater for 2 months of record breaking cold (over Xmas and New Years, so it sank my family plans!) - it's pretty much impossible to keep the house above the low 60's because the heater is too small for the house and Pathlight will not replace it.

It took 2 months and 5-6 property visits for Pathlight to finally replace the broken, leaky and non-functional dishwasher. I have a toilet downstairs that has a leak, and they simply cancelled the workorder without sending anyone or providing any explanation or notice. It took 3-4 weeks for them to repair the gas fireplace, and both the kitchen sink and upstairs toilet were broken within weeks of our move in - the only two items that Pathlight actually fixed in 1 visit.

And, as I set here with cold hands-and-feet, next to a space heater, a puddle is growing in my kitchen from some other mechanical failure that I will dutifully report, and will no doubt take weeks to repair, and probably more time from me than it would take for me to do the job myself.

Ive spent hours on hold, have been promised callbacks by managers that other Pathlight folks saye don't even exist (e.g. 'Denver Regional Manager'), never speak to the same customer care person, they all use the same vocabulary (apparently they all took the same trainings), no changes.

Please keep in mind, I am a professional whose time is worth good money on the open market, however::

4-5 visits for my heater, which after 2 months (in the dead of winter) still does not operate.
6 visits for my dishwasher, which only yesterday was finally replaced, after 2 months
3+ visits for misc plumbing and gas fireplace
probably an additional 5-6 hours of 'hold time' and phone conversations that goi nowhere.

I am basically living in a slum with nice curb appeal.

When Pathlight does, finally, replace or repair something, its done in the cheapest way possible, driving down the value of this house.
