The need to pay so much money for a realtor this day and age are gone. You can list your property on several sites and word of mouth or even Facebook and get the buyers to come to you. This men is one of most dishonest agent you will meet. If a property is listed with him do not use him as buyer's agent too. He likes to take advantage of people by asking them to pay cash under the table so that he will not let the competing bids thru.

Record all your conversations (when he asks for cash etc) with him so that if he blackmails you - you can give him back.
