I'm so very glad that I found Pets Are Inn Plano! I hated leaving my sweet boy at the vet when I went out of town. (They take good care of him, but not the personal attention I want him to have.) I found a review on Facebook and reached out to the reviewer for their thoughts and she helped me decided to give them a try.
I met with Donna and Alan and knew it was going to be great in just a few minutes. My old man, Deuce, comes to work with me everyday but is pretty chill and likes to nap most of the day. Since he is older and a lowrider, I had a few requests that I thought were important and may be a challenge to find the right host. They assured me that they could meet all of my needs. I scheduled a weekend to see how it would all work and it was amazing! They came and picked him up as scheduled and they listened to some things I was worried about and had great solutions. They even called me once they got in the van and were on the way. It was hard not going with him to the van, but they know what they are doing and I trusted them.
My return was a bit of a cluster on my end as my flight was later than I originally thought. I was very lucky that they were able to adjust his drop off time so I could be there and not just one of my friends.
I'd give them more stars if possible! We have another few days in December and it has definitely reduced my stress thinking about where he will go. I know he will have a great host family who will give him all the love and snuggles I would. If you are looking for something better than your kennel boarding, please try Pets Are Inn Plano!
