I called the service department to see if they service Poulan chainsaws, which they don't. The person who picked up the phone then gave me a few ideas on what I should try before servicing it. I had tried some other things but these were different and I was very appreciative of his suggestions. I'll let you know how it goes but this is great customer service.

I've brought my mower here for a tune up every Spring and they always take great care of me. I get my mower back in tip top shape, ready to go for the rest of the year. They do a great job and I don't see myself taking my business anywhere else. On thing to keep in mind is that they can get super busy. They help a TON of local landscapers with their equipment so don't expect a same day turn around.
