Horrible service, or should I say NO service. I called yesterday to schedule a pick up for a medical procedure today. They said unless it involved an airport drop off or pick up, they couldn't schedule service in advance, and to call an hour before I needed to be at my location and they would get me there. I called an hour and 20 minutes ahead of when I needed to be there, they said they didn't have anyone available, but could pick me up in 30-35 minutes. I said that was fine, they confirmed my phone number and address, and I never heard back from them. I had to drive myself to the hospital and will now have to arrange a ride to go back to pick up my car since I wasn't able to drive it home after the procedure.

Very good service. I've called them twice within the Plano area, and I've gotten picked up within 20 minutes of calling. My only complaint is that in both instances the cabs reeked of mal-odor (the reason I didn't give a full 5-stars). The first smelled like a boys gym locker and the 2nd smelled like a garlic fest. I'll be calling them again next week for transporation to DAL, but I'll be prepared to breath through my mouth. :/

I had an interview downtown Dallas and realized at the last minute that my car was dead. I called this cab and they got to my apartment in literally 2 minutes. He got me to my interview in time and was super nice. I would definitely recommend this cab service to anyone!

Always on time and very reliable. I use them just about every week for a trip to DFW.

I've had bad experiences with cab services before, so I was VERY pleased with how good this service was! The driver was polite, friendly, and actually spoke coherent English. I know that's not politically correct to bring up, but as a small, young woman traveling alone, it's very nice to be able to clearly understand the person driving you around. The driver gave me a flat (and very reasonable) rate as soon as I got in the car, so there were no surprises at the end of the trip. He was on time, as well, and I got to my destination exactly when I wanted to. I will definitely call them again next time I need a ride!
