My company purchased a printer from this place. Once we received it we realized we had ordered the wrong printer. We emailed them to get a RMA and they were prompt replying with the info we needed to make the return. That was 2 months ago. We shipped it back with everything they asked for & even tracked it on Fedex to make sure they received it. Now no one is returning our calls or emails and we still have not received the $350 refund.
