Provided by YP.comI've been a faithful customer of Pro Quick Lube for years and recommended several people here. Never again due to poor customer service today. We have 2 family vehicles & have felt the pressure when they want to overcharge for windshield wipers during a "failed" inspection, but overall they have been professional & fair to work with. To that end I always go in for oil changes and have been enrolled in their "buy 5, get the 6th oil change free" punch card program. I rotate our vehicles in for oil changes and the employees have faithfully punched our card without question. Go in today & notice I'm on my 6th freebie, except this time the employee looked up the history on the car I had in & pointed out I only had 4 previous changes on this particular vehicle and the fine print on the card says it's for single vehicle only, so they would not honor the free service today. Fair play that it's in the fine print, however I mentioned that no employee had ever brought that up before and I (honestly) had never seen that on the card. He grudgingly went to the manager on duty who also denied the service. The manager became aggressive with me (which I, unfortunately, returned his aggression) and would not acknowledge any previous employee errors, simply stating it was printed on the card & that's business. Clearly he doesn't understand the definition of business, since I pointed out that (based on the 5 punches on this card alone) my family has spent around $200 in oil changes this year alone and he could either honor the $40 free one today or lose me for life. No budge from him and he even went so far as to say he doesn't need my business....sooooo, at this point, now that I've officially gotten 5 oil changes with this one vehicle, I'll be back once more to get my free 6th one in 3 months & never return again. By my calculation, that will be at least $600 in lost annual revenue for oil/inspection alone on the 2 cars over $40 today...not to mention any friends/family members that have been referred & will not return on my recommendation. Had they been willing to follow a typical customer service etiquette of honor the promotion due to employee error while educating the consumer, & perhaps educating their other employees in how to apply the promotion to avoid future customer confusion, they would still have me as a customer. Business is about the big picture, my friend.

Provided by YP.comThis shop was recommended to me by a co-worker, and I will recommend it to anyone I talk to! Sam is a great manager. They have been honest with me about the repairs needed and the expected price. Very professional and friendly. Thanks for taking good care of my car!

Provided by YP.comThis place did not do even a poor job on my car. Came in with something wrong with my fuel system. Told them what my car was doing. Loss of acceleration during driving and idling at 500 rpm and below while stopped. They said they would figure out what was wrong with it. Never got a dynastic report from them the 3 times I had to bring it back due to the problem not being solved. $950 of parts and labor later my vehicle is still not fixed and Mike the so called manager refused to refund my money. Even though I payed for services rendered when there were no services rendered and I am still in the same position I was in when i fist took it to them. 3 times now has it been brought back and 4 times has it ended up having the same issue. Don't go there Mike is unprofessional, and Joey is not a reliable mechanic. Never take you cars to these people if you want something done right the first time or even the 3rd time.

Provided by YP.comwhat ever you do, DO NOT GO HERE! They are very dishonest and will rip you off! Heed the warnings!!!! We are in the process suing them in court. Mechanics don't know what they are doing and the manager/owner will lie to you when you finally get a change to corner him! He sees you coming and runs!

Provided by YP.comThis is a family running business, and I do not recommend you to use this business at all. You need to be very careful when you come in there, whether for oil change or car inspection. They always try to hook customers by discount, and once they hook the customers, they have strategies to make them use unexpected money. If you do not know about your car, you will be cheated with 100%. Just do not use this business.
