My husband and I were extremely excited to have found Dr. Jaquay. We had been searching for the right Dr. for a while and were so ready for the help. Dr. Jaquay is just a doctor who asks questions and prescribes medication until you find the right one. Although she is a psychiatrist, it would have been nice for a little more personalism. We were forced to schedule a follow up only 20 days after my husband's last appointment instead of the normal month (we pay out of pocket), and even with the tragic and unexpected death of our dog (high vet bill) and other unexpected financial issues (the universe was raining down on us!) she was unwilling to help my husband out with his medication until we could get in at the first of the month. NO COMPASSION. I would not recommend for that very reason. Seems like you can't find a doctor out there anymore who cares more about their patients than they do the money. Sad but very true in this case. I would suggest you look elsewhere.
