Provided by YP.comIf there was an option to give negative stars I would. Like others our tv's extended warranty contacted them. They came early for pickup which was fine. I never received any updates, I had to be the one to call. It has been 4 MONTHS!!!! All I ever got was a "we ordered parts" or "we are waiting on parts". A few times no one would answer during business hours or when someone did the only person who knew the status was the tech and he wasn't there. I even called the extended warranty people back and asked what could be done, never received an update or call back from manager like they said I would. I finally received an email from Walmart that said my claim was complete but I had to call Sartor to find out for sure and they couldn't even tell me if it was fixed or had to be replaced. This place straight up sucks.

Provided by YP.comI know Joe and Anita would be ashamed, if they saw all of these terrible reviews. It's sad, The only way to clean up this mess, is do better, and clean up your act !
A SMU Graduate should have honor and respect and go over and above electronic repair and do the best you can. I am Totally Shocked. Clean it UP !
Yes, it's a business and YES it's your LIFE !

Provided by YPmobileWe purchased 68 in Plasma from best buy and bought the protection plan, well, after a few months we started getting a purple splotch in the top right corner. I called geek squad, they scheduled an appointment for Sartor to come out on Wednesday from 8-5 (I called Monday). It was about 4pm and I had waited all day long for them to show and needed to go to town so I called and checked eta, and was told they were not scheduled to come. So after arguing with him about he said well why don't you send me a picture to my cell phone, I thought ok he wants that so he can come with the right parts.... WRONG! he hasn't called and won't return calls! I called geek squad back after 7 weeks of not hearing anything and Oh! How convenient! The parts just arrived! Ugh!

Provided by YP.comWe contacted Sartor TV to fix our huge Mitsubishi television that started 'going green'. We would be watching, and all the sudden everything was green. They came over to the house, diagnosed the problem, took the television into the shop, ordered the part, and then nothing . . . for weeks. We called several times and were told the part had not come in. After 8 weeks, yes, 8 weeks, the part arrived. They brought the television back to our home and it was in worse shape than before. It would still go green and the calibration was way off.
They did come back and take the television again, but we never heard from them, and it was very difficult to get a straight answer from anybody at the shop. The father wasn't around much, the sons did not have a lot of information, so after several weeks (again), we finally just showed up at the store and asked for the television back.
Our television was never fixed. Sartor TV has been a nightmare.
