We walked in for an appointment with my daughter and the first thing I noticed was Dr. Singh's frowning face. She asked for my ID and my daughter's insurance. I gave her my daughters insurance but my ID was left on my desk as I had been on the phone with insurance all morning and needed the number many times. I only had a copy on my phone. Before I had a chance to tell her this she began scolding me on why I didn't have my ID and asking if I drove there so she could tell me it was illegal to drive without my ID.

Now, I have had some truely amazing, wonderful, caring doctors in my life as friends, family and working professionals. For this reason, we turned around and left, in a hurry. I have zero desire to have someone who begins scolding me on paperwork without so much as a "hello" in charge of my daughter's health. I do not believe that her mind is in the right place to do such important work if she can treat her patients this way. I understand going to this doctor if there is absolutley no one else available. But our experience here was with a very rude woman, not a professional.
