Mr. Shadle never could diagnose my low testosterone. He diagnosed but never bothered to treat Bell's palsy in left side of face. He never gave me an injection to reverse it, leaving me permanently disfigured. I later got Bell's palsy right side of my face. I went to a real doctor who gave me an injection and it went away within a week. This man is just barely qualified to dig ditches.
