Lindsay A. Ford Reyes is a real estate agent of First Choice Realtors. The experience that I have had with this agent has been extremely poor and frustrating. She was the property manager of a house that we rented in Frisco, TX. She misrepresented the property prior to lease signing and then threatened to apply additional fees on items that were previously discussed and okâÂÂd. When repair orders were sent, it took several weeks and additional requests to have them completed, even items that were dangerous (for example, severely warped deck with nails sticking out, broken locks on outside doors and non-functioning smoke detectors). I would encourage consumers to research this agents online reviews as it appears that many others have had poor experiences with her over the past few years. My recommendation would be to avoid this agent/agency all together!
