I was very impressed with the Tech taking X-rays and the Dentist and his assistant but the front office staff was a disappointment with scheduling. I got a text for 10:30 AM appt. and a phone call reminder for 11:20 when I showed up @ 10:15 I wasn’t even on the schedule. My birthdate was incorrect on paperwork and my name misspelled this needs to be improved for a five star in my book. I would have given 5 except for front desk issues.

Horrible. Waited over two hours after I had a scheduled an appointment. Very inconsiderate with patients time.

On Friday 10/2/2015 I had a horrible experience. 1st of all the guy named Joseph changed my treatment plan cost amount by telling me my insurance had paid they're portion and my remaining out of pocket would be $1192.00......I had to go over everything with him and show him my remaining OOP is $687....Even though he admitted he was wrong....I would've been cheated out of money if I wasn't smart.....Also the dental assistant I had was not sanitary. She put gloves on but then she touches her glasses, the garbage can...I got a temporary crown, she's talking all over it as she's preparing it without a mask. After treatment when her gloves came off, I noticed she had sores on her hands.....Gross and nasty. I've been coming here for a while now and this is the 1st and worst experience ever.....

It is always a pleasant experience , because the whole staff enjoy what they do, and it really shows in the consistency of excellence they provide every visit. They take dentistry to the next level not only in the resources at their fingertips, but in the care they give all the time.

I love South Texas Dental. The staff there is very nice, the place is very clean. The doctors are very supportive and kind also. Much better dentist then others we've visited in the past. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know, and I would continue to go there now and in the future. My kids love it there.

Great place, friendly staff, knowledgeable dentists.
