I have been coming to Steven Maxx for many years and I am sending clients my stylist is Hanna and she's excellent colors very wonderful polite and elegant person I love to send her more clients if I can it doesn't always work I do my best to do so I will be coming to the salon as long as she's working there thank you for your services Martha B

Received a haircut from may, honestly, she was quite rude and did not do a good job on my hair. A man's cut is really, quite easy... it was a simple and basic cut! I will not tolerate bad cut nor will I be fine with stylists that I can't understand. It was as well, over priced for what you get, a bad cut and no communications between us. I didn't even get a shampoo, not impressed, not happy. Won't return.

I came to get my hair done and got a person that did not understand what I wanted, or even what I said. My hair actually fell off and the front desk was horrible. Rude and didn't talk. I was very unhappy and will not come back. I hope they can get people who are nicer and speak good english, this was a nasty experience and freaked me out. My hair is fine now, thanks to another place that has my stylist there. Do not go here, it is horrible and I would not recommend it to anyone who cares about the salon ambiance or the stylist skill and of course can communicate with you! Will no be back, ever.
