Do not use this company. We hired them for our fence cleaning and staining, however they kept delaying their service delivery. The horrible thing was their service scheduling lady never informed me for the service schedule changes. Every time I had to call her to check their new schedule, and she would just say she would call me back this or that time, but she never kept her promise and never called me back. The only thing they did not delay was to cash my deposit check. Avoid this company if you don't want to encounter this kind of hassle.

They may be cheaper than most other stain companies in the area but trust me, you will sorely regret your decision if you go with these people.



Initially I was scheduled to have work done 3.5 weeks from the time I called to book. It ended up being 6 weeks before they came out. Then, they messed up payment type and withdrew money from an account without authorization, took me a week to get my money back (900$) and now finally I'm waiting to hear back from them as to when they are coming to finish some trim work which they completely botched initially. I was told 7 days ago it would get addressed "the next time they were in the area" and have not heard a single thing back.



Run away.
