first and last time

we were there for the first time and when i was there i had to send the eggs back twice bc they tasted funny. they still charged me and then got home and couple hours threw up. my father in law was also sick and husband woke up in the middle of the night just throwing everything up. we all had eggs telling u something was wrong with the eggs.

Why in the world would you put...

Why in the world would you put up with the long wait for a table and mediocre food. Go down the strip center to Allen Wickers Pub. It has better food, no wait time and you can have a bloody Mary while watching big screen sports!

Bad customer service

Baby roach crawling on bacon when waitress sat food on table. Called for manager & he said this was the first time ever happened. Nothing like this ever happened in this place before. I told him now 'this never has happened' is no more. I was with three other people at my table who also witnessed the bug. I asked for a waffle only...instead of leaving which we should have done. Had meeting to attend, did have time to go to another restaurant.
The waitress brought out our bill with the charge of waffle on it. I really expected some sort of courtesy/deduction on our bill because of what I had experienced. I asked again for the manager. When he arrived at the table, I voice my dismay. He said when something happens like my experience, he could only offer me something else from their menu, that's it. I told him I came in to eat and found a bug in my food. The customer service I experienced thus far was very poor. He then removed the waffle from the bill but left the juice associated with me. When I brought this fact to his attention, he said he did not realize I had a juice, although there were four juices on the table for the four people at the table. We took our bill, paid for everything including the juice and left not to ever return again.
