I'll keep this short and not so sweet. I was unhappy with my one and only visit with Dr. Albert. I don't consider myself an impatient person but waiting an hour and a half for a five minute appointment to see my first baby via sonogram really struck a nerve. Pregnancy is supposed to be a happy time but Doctor Albert and his staff made me sour. The receptionist needs to learn some respect and compassion and the office manager needs to be reasonable with the billing. A five minute visit is awfully expensive. Furthermore Dr. Albert should spend more time with his patients and answer questions.
