Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. Professional, responsive and above all, trustworthy. My experience started with a botched job by another repair company. Titan removed the defective glass, repaired damages made by the other company, and installed a new quality piece of glass. The glass was aligned perfectly and cleanup was exceptional. And to boot, Titan's price was 30% lower than the previous company. I didn't expect this since they had to also repair the previous company's damages.



I can't stop there. Aside from their professional service, Adren went above and beyond by supporting me against the previous company's botched job. They met with us and still tried to get paid for the defective glass, claiming they would not be able to get reimbursed because the glass was missing the defroster and antenna clips. Adren pointed out that the other company failed to seat the glass (it would have leaked), did not hook up the defroster and antenna because some clips were missing, left broken glass in the frame that rattled, and installed a defective piece that had waves, a noticeable bulge and cloudy streaks. The outcome . . the other company left with their defective glass.



Shame on me for not doing a bit more research up front before selecting a company.



Anyone considering selecting a company in this business should first meet the owner. After meeting the owner, Adren, you'll easily see he has exceptional integrity.

I had a metal object hit my windshield while driving on the highway. I was worried that whoever I called to fix it was going to take advantage of me since I'm a woman. After calling a few other companies I found Adren from Titan Auto Glass. I knew after the first phone call that he was an honest and reliable service tech. He gave an honest price and was able to come out the same day to get my windshield fixed. I watched him install the new windshield and he definately has a lot of experience. He was even able to transfer my inspeciton and registration stickers without any problem. AFter the windshield was installed he explained the after care instructions to me and charged exactly what he quoted over the phone. I have had several services performed at my house in recent months and this was the by far the simplest one yet. I really appreciate a company that does exactly what they say on the phone. If you are wondering who to get to fix your car window, definately go with Adren from Titan Auto Glass!!
