I have never had a business treat me so poorly! I have never felt the urge to write a review but after being lied to by my dental care professionals I know longer trust them or will do business with them. On several occasions I have needed to move my apt and called them and told them or left several voicemails when they were closed over the 4th of July week. I even spoke to them on the phone to make sure they received my voicemails. I was told “they got them and we were all good” and then received a invoice in the mail for a $50 broken apt fee. This has happened at least 3 times. Not sure why when I did my due diligence and followed proper protocol. Each time I called to resolve it they treated me like I was a liar and acted like they never received my voicemails or had even spoke to me at all! What finally made me no longer trust this business is When I spoke to Patty. She was the one who I spoke to over the phone and told me she received all my voicemails over the holiday but when I called regarding the invoice she lied and said she never spoke to me or received them! Very unprofessional and hurtful to be called a liar by a business I trusted over the years. Trophy dental is not professional and made me out to be a liar which is not in my character at all. Very dissapointed and will be discontinuing my relationship with them immediately!

Trophy Dental is a Great place to go the staff is friendly and professional, Dr. Sudbrook is Awesome!

It is a combination of a perfect, clean, professional, caring, easy accessible, and well run dental office that places patients first before the business end of the dental practice. The office is run by highly technical, motivated, friendly, and caring Dr. and staff.

Dental work provided at this office is the state of the art and meets technological needs of the day. Friendly, individualized, sophisticated, conscientious, and detailed dental work performed by Dr. Debbie Sudbrook is highly satisfactory and worth every penny you spend. And the manner in which she conducts professional patient care is unmatched in the industry. She is very gentle and takes the fear of dental work away by patient education and skilled techniques she demonstrates. I would recommend her as a SUPPER DENTIST to anyone and all.
