Terrible customer service! Picked up a bed and dresser due to the time it took to deliver. Got the dresser out of the box at home and it was damaged on the top and also had a broken drawer. Was told I had to bring it back to the store, so I got neighbors to help me load it and take it back to Weir's. Once there, I was told I did not have to bring it back to the store and that they would have brought another one. However, they did not have one in stock, so they had to order one and they would deliver it. When it came in, they told me I had to pick it up (and quickly) or pay a delivery fee to have it brought to me. Left a message for Tina Grimes, the store manager who did leave me a message back. However, her message was definitely NOT one of customer concern or interest in what I have experienced with this store ! I have now asked them to just credit my account and forget the dresser. (The bed also has an issue but I am too frustrated to deal with them on the bed.)

Excellent customer service; the delivery man really went the extra mile for me.
