Oh the brisket: ordered a half pound of sliced brisket and it was the way darn smoked meat that UBSE had in a very long time. They nailed it. Hope they do that all the time here.

Also got the ribs: very meaty. Very. They are the pull off the bone Arte (as opposed to fall off the bone) should that matter to you.

The Mac-n-Cheese was good: not too cheesy.

They only seem to serve sweet tea here: but they had RCCola and Big Red at the fountain station.

Plenty of parking too.
