sneaky and underhanded- combative - witholding information and presenting misleading advertising - using the "bait and switch" method of attractionvery negative experience - expecially with the manager who was loud and aggrresive--- and a complete waste of our time - will spread the word with every opportunity I find

They don't have enough staff and their staff is incompetent. First time in it took two visits and three days before they diagnosed my problem correctly that was a recall. A recall they should have known the first time I took it in. Second time was for a broken mirror. I made an appointment to have it fixed and after waiting an hour they told me my car was done. Once getting to my car after checkout they never even touched the mirror. They told me they made a mistake and would have to order a new part that would take 5-7 days. Thanks Bill Heard.
