In 3 months time they accidentally swapped my pants with someone else's shirt, completely ruined one of my dress shirts, and I had to have the collar buttons replaced on all of my dress shirts twice. The final straw was after picking up my dress shirts today and all of the collar buttons were trashed again. No other buttons were ever effected. Previously an employee told me it was probably from the press since it was every collar button on every shirt, which I assumed they would fix or at least monitor my shirts afterwards. Upon getting my shirts this last time and explaining the problem to the girl behind the counter she said they can replace buttons for free the next time I bring the shirts back. I told her all of my shirts were now out of the extra replacement buttons and that I cant wear my shirts with buttons that literally were cracked in half. She acted as if she didn't care so I told her I would just take my business elsewhere. Her reply was simply "Ok". My best advice is to find somewhere else to take your business, which pains me to say as a former small business owner.
