Just wanted to express our deepest appreciation for a great experience during our car purchase last week! From the fantastic response/follow-up of our internet query by Tanisha Hicks and Ryan Killian, to the outstanding assistance provided by our sales rep, Mark Moclair....they ensured that our needs were completely understood/met. Not only did we leave there with the car of our choice (and at our terms), we also left grateful that we were treated with the utmost honesty, respect, and sincere appreciation for us as customers. This was our second car purchase from Jarrett Scott Ford of Plant City. The cars are without a doubt, the high quality Ford is known for. However, the icing on the cake was the superb customer service from Tanisha, Ryan, Mark, and the others involved, who bring great credit upon themselves and to Jarrett Scott Ford.
