I took my boots there to be re-soled and they did a great job! It took a little longer than expected but they only have 1 cobbler there. They do great work and are honest.

I would give no stars if possible. The good is that the woman is rude to everyone so I don't take it personally.

Dropped off a pair of boots to be repaired over a month ago. Waited a few weeks before I called to check on them....no answer on the phone and v-mail says it's full...spent three more weeks trying to call and finally got the grumpy old lady to answer. Been waiting an hr on a returned call due to she cant find them. I would not wish this place on anyone.

Horrible service . After waiting a month for my shoes to be repaired they still were not ready. I would not recommend anyone to do business here .

If they cannot do the job or even open when they say they will be open or even answer the phone , they need to close there DOORS and not enconvenience their customers

They do not do refunds, even after you have waited a month to get your shoes back. The woman who runs it hates her job, so she treats everyone like they are a thorn in her side. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with these people!!
