GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALER. PALM HARBOR ignored 5 written requests before I moved into my home in Aug. 2007. Then the service dept. would call and let the phone ring 1 time and hang up not leaving messages. I had had surgery and they called me one morning and stated a date they would be by house without consulting me. Dry wall you can see all the seams, roof has loose shingles and nails sticking up, tile floor uneven, 2 cabinets have wrinkled maple papered loose veneer, tile floor was not level, and tile grouted to wood (not like DIY- orange mat), the tile cracked in at least 2 places and creaks. That is just a sample. I have hired a roofer to correct the shingles. I want PH to fix the cabinets. This is my opinion-I would give 0 stars. 5yr warrant?
