I am not sure why this person wrote this, probably because patients never like getting bills. Some patients dont understand why they have to pay, and instead of calling the person that sent them them bill, they get upset and go off the handle. I have been using this company for over 8 years. I have referred about 5 of my friends to them and they have all been with him for the past 4 to 5 years and are very happy.



The professionalism of this company and their attention to detial is why my practice is so successful today. The communication they have with me is great and their kindness to my staff and the patients is second to none. I highly reccommend any physician to call them and use their services. Don't take the word of a disgruntled patient who won't even pay their bill and deserves to be sent to collections. Afterall, we do the work, shouldn't we be paid?

Ever since this business took over the accounting for my doctor, I have had problems with billing. He sends my bills to collections when I never receive any indication that I owe the doctor anything. Because of his incompetency, I am no longer going to use the services of this doctor. I would recommend that people check to see if your doctor or anyone using a billing service is using this accounting service BEFORE you use that professional. My suggestion on how the business might improve is to pay more attention to detail, not jump to conclusions and make sure you have sent bills out to individuals BEFORE you send them to collections.
