I have used this Company three times and have had great service each time. Once was for s new system and the other two were routine cleanings. They were very knowledgeable, extremely polite, and very infomative regarding the problems. They went out of their way to ensure that our problem was resolved in one visit. I would definitely use their company again..

this company has fast reliable and friendly service when they say they will be there they are there .And the workers are very friendly and a bunch of good guys work for them.And the people in office are also very friendly and helpful

Kevin Johnson at Quality Septic sent his people to do a new septic field for us. They did a beautiful job and everything from the pricing to the timing to the execution was flawless! After a couple of months, we had trouble again and Kevin took the matter in hand personally. He stayed on top of things, unsolicited and followed through with soil tests and consultants to see what our issue was and uncovered a problem with the soil. He then had a completely new field done, in record time and handled every single aspect for us! I have never worked with a company so good to their word and responsive. Kevin, Chris, his right hand, Jo Jo and his crew, are all exemplary professionals and I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks. They have done multiple field for friends and neighbors of ours and in each event, the folks were thrilled! Septic work is a thankless and less than glamorous job, however, Quality Septic takes the sting out of the process and stands behind their work in a way few companies EVER do. Truly remarkable folks.

I can't tell you if Quality Septic is good or not. They have never returned a phone call. We have left 4 messages - 2 on voice mail and 2 with a person and no one has ever called us back. When all I hear is how local businesses need work, I'm surprised I can't even get a phone call to tell me they are too busy for my new construction job. If they won't call back for new business - what can you expect if you were to hire them?

Tried to sell us a drainfield when we didn't need it. Get a second opinion.

Best company in town. Great work and fast quality service . Also thank the guys at quality pumping for cleaning the tank too!!!!
