This Store use to be so nice and clean. I use to go once to 2 times a week at least. Now I hate to even go there.
I hate to say but it is dirty and unorganized. They never have my dumor blocks for my horse's. The line is always so slow..and people up to 8 or more waiting to check out. This is rediculous. They have employee's standing and talking to one another, outside on there cell phone, act like they are helping a customer and they are outside smoking and chatting with each other. This store has gone from great to poor since Dave, and Buck, and Paul all worked together. They were a good team. Dave was a very good manager ...was the best!!! If he didn't have it he got it for you. He hired qualified help. People they have now do not seem qualified. You should know about what you are selling in my eyes.
Today I was in the store. No one but Paul new what I needed...then of all things..what I went to town buy..I bought it..and they left it on the scale and forgot to give it to me. So now, I have to waste gas and go back to the store and get what I bought and they forgot to put in my cart.
Worse customer service.

Manager was rude on our return and did not offer to help her employer check people out when it was closing time and the line was long and backed up. She should have been helping check people out to close store not straighten up clothes on racks. Very unprofessional of her.

Very good, selection, and prices
