This guy is not liscensed or insured. This company dissolved 3 years ago. I had to pay another company to come re-do the reports. Buyer Beware!!!! Don't waste your Money!!!

I feel bad for the other Accurate Property Inspections guy that probably loses business because this one, operated by Steven Hill, is such a scam. Guy charged me $425 and never sent me a report. After I couldn't get a hold of him for 6 months, I finally got him on the line and he wound up blowing me off. The damage was done though, without an inspection that would've pointed out the fact that the roof was not up to code, I went through the short-sale process and wound up not getting financed. I have spoken with him several times and he makes promises and excuses every time, but in reality he knows that there is little that law-abiding folks can do in this situation short of getting themselves into trouble. I should've known something was up when the realtor knew more about the roof bracing than he did. He is the epitome of the word scumbag and should be avoided at all costs.

Do not use Accurate Property Inspections for your home inspections. I have had the worst time dealing with the owner Steven Hill. He performed inspections on a house, took over a week to provide me with only 1 of 3 reports requested and the report that was sent was NOT ACCURATE. It had stuff on there not related to the house he inspected including a wrong address. He then disappeared for 12 days and did not respond to texts, emails, or phone calls. When he finally contacted me, asked me questions about the house he should have known from the inspection and then provided the other 2 reports once again NOT ACCURATE with wrong addresses. And in the end, he did not even sign the reports with his own name and signature. He used someone else’s name, license, and TYPED signature to complete the report. I did not agree with this since he admitted he was not qualified to sign the other two reports so he offered to give me my money back and I accepted. Do you think he sent me the money? Not at all. He ignored me for 2 weeks not answering the phone, calling me back, emailing me, or texting me. It took me calling him from a different phone number to reach him and when I asked him what was going on he said he wasn't giving me my money back and to sue him. He has been a nightmare to work with and a joke of a business owner. Stay away!

Waste of Money. I never received the inspection reports. I called the guy for 2 weeks. I did not return my phone calls. I had to pay another company for the same report.
