Provided by YP.comDraw your own conclusions about the business practices of Auto Show Sales from the factual, unopinionated account of my interactions that follow. I have drawn two of my own:
1-One can completely trust this dealership to be excellent at: erroneously populating purchase agreements on multiple occasions, increasing agreed upon sales price, having computer problems, and thinking they are selling you a car for which you had never shown any interest. Or, perhaps, instead of all of the above, they are just excellent at lying. There is no choice, it must be one or the other.
2-They are disrespectful cowards
I personally lost $104 working with this group and they never had the decency to even tell me they weren't going to reimburse me for my lost funds that was entirely their doing. Stay away!

Provided by YPmobileI paid $8300 all cash for a car that I bought on April 9th, 2012 that the moment i drove off the dealer, my engine light came on. I took it back and they insisted it was an old memory code and erased it. The next day I had to drive back to Gainesville and for a whole month, my engine light came on and off. I took the car to three different mechanics. They read me the code and told me it either needed a change of thermostat or it had a gas leak. I never filled up my tank completely until just 2 days ago when I had to make my trip back down. The moment I drove onto I-75, my car started to leak gasoline like no tomorrow. I was just on the phone with them and the person whom I spoke to was rude, and threatened to hang up the phone on me. He argued that because I had bought the car April 9th and today is May 2nd, there is nothing they can do even though the car had a problem to begin with the moment I drove it off the lot. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. During the whole time that I explained the problems that had surfaced with the car, including with the check engine light coming on the moment I drove out of the dealer, he claimedthat the only reason the car was leaking gas was because I overfilled the tank. This is impossible because the leaking only started after I had driven the car for 15mins to get to school. The only reason I know the car started to leak because a car behind me started to beep as I started to drive out of my school's parking lot. I drove 6 hrs from Gainesville to Hialeah yesterday with my gas tank leaking and a check engine light on. I am not even going to waste my time driving 50 mins to Plantation to get the car looked at because I am postive they'll claim there is nothing wrong with the car just as the first time around.
The moment I handed over the cash, they didn't bother to wash my car, refused to put gas in it when I first purchased it, and had me waiting 6 hours in the dealer. The argument I had today with the person on the phone just topped it for me. Never again!
