I bought a pair of glasses for my daughter. The salesperson sold us crizal anti-glare for extra money promising it was top of the line coating. I was skeptical due to a previous bad experience with anti-glare coating peeling off and destroying a new pair of glasses. However, she kept pushing it on us and finally convinced us it would be worth it. Additionally, I purchased a year warranty (just in case). Within a few months of use, the anti-glare coating did peel which was unbearable for my daughter. We went back, used the warranty, and received a new pair of lenses. A few months after the new lenses were installed, the coating peeled again. I went back hoping to get new lenses once again and was told I cannot utilize the warranty more than once during the year. I am not satisfied with my purchase from this store, the quality of the lenses, and especially the customer service. I will not be returning to this store.
