Opened in 1989, Central Park Elementary School is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The school serves more than 1,000 students in kindergarten through grade five. It has several business partners, including Borders Books and Music, Party City, Sunshine Child Care, Dairy Queen, Kabooms Amusement, Papa John's and Optimum Bank. Central Park Elementary School s curriculum includes reading and writing, physical and special education, music, English, math, science, social studies and basic skills.
