Eldorado been giving me the runaround for three and a half months I purchase a kitchen table for $1200 one of the stools broke they been telling me they're going to take care of the problem for almost three and a half and they still haven't customer service s***** management s***** Eldorado in plantation I rather go spend my money at a low budget store that will help me better than Eldorado I bought a couch from Rooms To something was wrong with the couch I called them the next day they came replaced it for me you ever purchase anything from El Dorado may have problems with it good luck on returning it

Outstanding quality customer service by Herman Albuja, e Furnishings Associate. He stood with me for over a month ensuring that my needs and request could be accommodated. All of the Associates in this store were professional and bend over backward to assist. Sales r, David Ramirez provideda excellence quality customer service, I can't say enough about this store.

My experience with Eldorado Furniture store in Plantation, Florida was excellent.First of all my saleslady was wonderful. Her name is Myra and she was very helpful and followed up on my delivery. I would highly recommend her to anyone.At a later date I ordered an ottoman. It came damaged. They had a new one the next day. Myra called to follow up and so did the delivery people.The man that delivered the ottoman called me at my office. They waited for me until I got there. I then got another phone call to make sure everything went well.You feel very special...like they are really looking out for you.Anyway, the sectional and ottoman look fabulous I would high recommend this store and Myra.Signed,Satisfiied customerRaquel

Ask for salesman Carl Roberti...honest answers, points out values, no pressure. Excellent salesman. Very helpful to students on a budget.
