From Les, to Marlin, to Francis, to Joseph, to Susan, the experience was excellent. Color sealing main floor and re-grouting bathrooms and shower. All parties were fantastic to work with and the work is first class. I'm thrilled with the way my house now presents! There was a small issue with one shower where the grout didn't dry properly and they resolved it ASAP. In my opinion, how a company responds when something doesn't go perfectly is the true measure of said company. Can't say enough good things about Grout Beautiful!

We built this house and installed this tile in the main areas almost 28 years ago. We used this company the first time for a deep cleaning and a color change for the grout in 2004. Time to do it again, and GB came yesterday and did a great job, cleaning the tile and changing the grout color once again. The floors actually look at least as good as the first day we moved in ( 1995). We are so pleased, and you will be too!

I have been using grout beautiful for the past 10 years. Because of the holidays they were totally booked and did not have any available day to fit me in to clean my floors but Susan assure me that she will get my floors clean for Thanksgiving. she did not disappoint me. her team showed up today promptly at 8:30, my floors are beautiful and I am now ready for Thanksgiving. I used grout beautiful about three years ago and they have a five year warranty,I was having issues with fading of grout on high traffic areas I called them to let them know what was going on and they came down and repainted the lines no questions asked, this is a very reliable company that owns up to every word there selling very rare in south florida.I would recommend this company to anyone.staff is fantastic. thanks again for a great job

Friendly & professional, however definitely not what I expected after spending $600 for my living room, dining area, kitchen and short (5') hallway being done. It was done approx 3 years ago and I'm leaving a review now after "normal wear & tear" has occurred. It's pretty much just me & the dog here, so really not an extreme amount of "wear & tear" has occurred. It looked great for the 1st year or so, but in traffic areas it has and is currently peeling off. Rather disappointing for the investment made. I should have put the $600 towards new flooring..... I suggest you do the same.

Very Good Company, on time, clean cut emplyee's & very friendly, pricing alittle more than I wanted to pay but did a great job which is the main thing. As a facility maintenance contractor companies like this help you grow.
