At first I was upset BC I wasn't being called, until 35 minutes later, but after seeing the doctor, I felt relieved and comforted. Knowing I'll be taken care of properly. I will go back

For a first time patient with this Dr it was the worse experience. After seating in the lobby for over an hour the front desk told me I had to wait because the Dr said she was going to eat lunch before she sees her appt. Very unprofessional. The office scheduled the appt around that time and if you have a patient whose already waiting for over an hour to tell them you are going to lunch before their appointment that is very careless. No bedside manners, no customer service. I had no choice to see that Dr since my Dr was booked but for a first time patients will never come back and refer people to this office. She should get the title for worse Dr of the year. Very Disappointed.
