The most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with I’ve put in multiple requests to just obtain my balance and they never get back to me. It is not s hard thing to inform. When I had spoke with the accountant and told her I’m not getting off the phone without my balance she cut me off and said yup ok you can wait on hold then.. I waited for over 30 min and she never came back on the line. Reporting this company to the better business Beuro and I suggest others to as well we need something done about this company we are sending money to!

I have been calling Michael Markcity for over two weeks he is always on the phone and NEVER CALL'S BACK, Ms. JoAnn is the rudest person i could ever imagine. Her professionalisma is in the toliet. I find it hard to belive that Progessive Insurance has this atty office handling their business. This office is a MICKEY MOUSE attoney office/collection agencys. I will pray for anyone that has to go though these people. Its better to file Bankruptcy if you can then having to deal with this office. this is what i did and it worked out much cheaper then this Micky atty and his helpers Maleficent, Cruella de Vil. and the gang

Phillip was very helpful and apologetic however I can't say the other employees there are competent at all. Sent in a very important payoff in two separate money orders together in the same envelope, but somehow one of the money orders was over looked and thrown away. Now I have to go through the lengthy process of filing a lost money order claim not to mention the processing fee that I have to come out of pocket for. So here I am taking hours out of my day money out of my pocket and having to wait for up to 65 days for my claim to be processed and my payoff to be finalized before I can receive the document I need. I would definitely not recommend this poorly ran lawyers office (debt collection agency)

Misty I am having the same issue with this place. The staff is unprofessional and rude especially the older receptionist who's breath always smells like coffee and cigarettes. I would never hire this law firm for legal advice/help

this company is little more than a collection agency for companies like Progressive Insurance. I have been making payments to them since 2008 and I have paid every month. 05/11/2015 I requested a balance on my account with the hopes of obtaining a loan to pay them off. It is 05/19/2015 and I still do not have a balance. This is inexcusable. I do not see why they can't simply pull up my account and tell me the balance. Every other account I have can. My bank can, my credit cards can, my car loans can, even the IRS can but not this place. I am beginning to think something underhanded is going on.

Not sure why the other two clients were having trouble but this firm handled my case very well. Very professional and quick response time.

I called and talked to them and it took them one week and I had to call them back and then they keep telling me he would call be back and 3 months latter and never did. I thank it is very sad that an Attorney Office would do this.
