Beware! I believe Mencia Realty is committing some sort of Fraud. From what I have heard Robert Mencia the Broker for Mencia Realty defrauds the bank by having numerous corporations and buying reo / bank owned properties that he is supposed to be listing. Worst than that i have heard that he sends fake repairs estimates to the banks so his fake corporations can buy the properties at deeply discounted prices!

If you are a bank and have Mencia Realty list your reo properties, I suggest you check deeply into who is buying the properties and have an independent person provide you with the repair estimates. Obviously I can't provide otherwise I would have already taken this to FREC.
