As a knowledgeable, full time real estate professional, I can tell you that this was one of the worst experiences I have had in recent years. A complete lack of regard for the customer's objective and proper loan packaging in order to get the loan done including submitting the file to underwriting with incomplete income documentation only to get it suspended after wasting another week. The outfit is very good at blaming the customer rather than their own lack of ability to package and present a loan to underwriting.



They frustrated the customer to the extent that the customer declined to continue doing business with them. At one point in the file, the original assigned loan officer, Howard Vernick, branch "manager" who I was referred to and originated the loan, refused to speak with the customer to try to smooth over already mounting tensions over more loan requirements that could have been addressed prior in the file. Bottom line: attention to detail is a joke, processing is a COMPLETE JOKE, and understanding the customer objective is a joke. Enough said.
