This company is horrible. They do not look out for their policy holders They do not attempt to settle claims in a timely manner, give fair offers for settlements and don't return calls. I have not been able to reach an agent in over 3 wks. Their policy holder totaled my car 6 weeks ago. They have, after accepting 100% liability left me without a rental and no transportation back and forth to work offered me an insulting amount for my totaled car. I sent proof of the value of my car. There are no negotiations for a settlement amount. Just lots of unanswered calls. I have done a lot of research on this company. They have a high amount of consumer complaints. Not only from 3rd party claims but their own policy holders.Research for yourself. If you are a policy holder with this company, I recommend cancelling your policy and going with an insurance company that will keep you from getting sued. Acting in bad faith will cost them.

Ocean harbor is the worst company ever, their customer service is poor and their adjuster and adjuster manager don't return my calls , left several voicemail and don't get anything back from them, they told me to rent a car, that I would get reimbursed and now they don't want to pay for that rental. They have made me stress and cry several days from frustration of no getting answers and results , all of this for a crash I didnt not have fault in, it was their insured who has this really bad company as an insurance

OCEAN HARBOR INSURANCE IS A RIP OFF! Rude, lazy employees, who will take your money monthly, and not even pay your claim. I had an accident TWO MONTHS ago, and it has YET to be resolved. When I call my agent, Selene Gomez, and another women in charge of my case, Laudy (I do not have her last name) they are rude, and have HUNG UP on me several times. If I am on the phone with them, and it hits 4 pm, I am hung up on. When they do not do their job, and I ask to speak to a supervisor, I am hung up on. They have NO PROBLEM calling me to collect my monthly payment, but I leave a voice mail EVERY DAY and receive a phone call back MAYBE once a week. This company is ROBBING me. It has been TWO months I have been off the road. Because of this, I was unable to get to my job, so I lost my job and my apartment, and was forced to move home with my parents in Kentucky. This company has literally ruined my life. not only should you not be insured by these people, but this company needs to be SHUT DOWN. This is unjust, cruel and just plain not RIGHT. I have even obtained a lawyer, and filed a complaint with the Florida attorney generals office. Please, this company needs to be stopped, and I am doing everything in my power as a young, 22 year old women who was RIPPED OFF and completely taken advantage of..
