OMG handles the website and social media for our practice. I have found them to be reliable, professional, and extremely knowledgable. Highly recommend to other law offices looking to maximize the web for their practice.

We use OMG for our website and email and hosts. They are great at listening to our vision and building our site. We just did our third website makeover of the last ten years with them. Very solid design , good copywriters and of course they add a marketing angle which we haven't been able ton

They do great with our social media. OMG and my account manager, Kevin have helped us to really turn things around. We were behind the curve by several years and unfortunately, in our business (heavy equipment rentals) the technology has gotten way ahead. We had used OMG's On-Hold Messages previously thru their association with the American Rental Association and they were great. When they called with the next big thing, we listened and I am glad we did. we've got 5 new reviews this month on our website and it's only June 6th. I have enjoyed working with their creatives and their techie nerds too, everyone has been great to work with. I highly recommend to my ARA brothers and anyone looking for a solid agency relationship!

I used this company 15 years ago+- to prepare on hold message CD. Everything was fine. Then out of the blue about 7 years ago+- I start getting a $49 invoice, "Payable on Receipt", for an annual maintenance fee. I didn't sign an agreement authorizing this charge. Over the half dozen phone calls I made to fix this I was told its a voluntary charge, ignore it. They said it was to provide me another CD if mine ever got lost or damaged. I protested their method of operation and was assured they would remove me from their database. Each year I still receive the same invoice. When I call I get the same response with promises my name will be removed from their billing records. Never happens. Guess what I just got again. Yep. Another $49 invoice, Very official looking, stating "payable upon receipt." I go through this every single year.



Their excuses and explanations are ludicrous. The bottom line is they are tricking their database into paying a bill, which is not owed. Maybe a sizable portion of their past customers have bookkeepers who don't check the legitimacy of the bill. Likely makes this company lots of money. How do they stay in business?



I ratcheted my concerns higher up their corporate ladder last year. I was assured by the accounting department head they would delete my information from all of their records to prevent this from continuing to happen. He seemed sincere. I informed him that is what the guy he replaced said to me the year before. Of course that guy no longer works there.



Now I am on a mission to expose these guys for who they are. I am taking to the review sites, BBB and also sending a letter to the Florida Attorney General explaining their business practices. I tried being professional and pleasant. Now I will cause their business practices to be placed under a microscope and expose them. They are either inept or unethical. Neither of which is acceptable.

Our messages were sitting in the box with the player since 2009, Jack was great in getting them setup for me. Made me look good with my boss. I was surprised that they were servicing us at that level after five years. thanks!

Spam calls people on the nationals not call list at 8am. Make the phone ring 3times, hang up and call back seconds later constantly until you take the phone off the hook. Illegal in multiple ways between violating the do not call list, calling before 9am and harassment.

Very dissatisfied with the service. Continually made phone calls to multiple people and nobody has returned my phone calls. Requested full refund of money that was paid because services promised were not rendered as agreed upon.

We use OMG for the on hold message. They always make a solid production. We have been with them since 95 and went from tape to cd and now our VOIP box plays their messages. We always choose Debbie and some upbeat music. These guys are good, they do most of the ICAR shops in NJ, I know cause I referred them :)
