TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Waste of time, air, & gas. My platos closet experience was a disaster first you walk in and the lady at the front desk was so rude. After 54 mins of waiting for them to look at my close, which had name brand clothing I might add, she called me up saying " unfortunately your clothes are not acceptable". Never going there again.

Horrible experience! This location always has a wait time of about 45 mins every time I've been there and you have to wait in the store the whole time while some other Plato's locations don't mind if you walk around or even come back.



I dropped off some clothes to be evaluated and was quoted a 30-45 min wait time. As I waited patiently in the store, one hour goes by! I finally decided to ask to lady how much longer it would take because I've been waiting at the front desk for way longer than my quote time. She then tells me that they called me already and was un able to accept any of my clothes.



The whole time she knew that I was standing there right in front of her and didn't even have the common courtesy to let me know they already called me! They should probably call people's names out louder considering the fact that I didn't hear her and I was right there. Waste of time. For the most part, semi friendly but BAD SERVICE!! The Coral Springs location is a lot better
